Photography has been a part of Kerry’s
life since childhood and from the tender age of three she was
constantly seen behind a camera snapping away at everything
around her and costing her parents a fortune in developing!
She was brought up in the beautiful countryside of Southern
Ireland surrounded by horses and dogs and it is from this she
has developed her captivating photographic style which focuses
on the use of natural light and surroundings bringing life and
vitality to her subjects.
Kerry’s love of photography led her to assist society
photographer Antoinette Eugster. Here she learnt the
difficult art of wedding and party photography and how to put
together an album to bring back to life the event in
question.
For the past five years Kerry has been based in
Gloucestershire working for racehorse trainer Tom George. This
has provided her with ample opportunities to develop her
photographic repertoire to include capturing the speed and
agility of a well trained racehorse as well as their
spectators.
Her passion for photography has encouraged Kerry to take it up
full time and her eye for capturing the essence of her
subjects, be it horse dog or human, instils her photographs
with a uniqueness that sets her apart from others in her
field.
